Frequently Asked Questions

Are the frames identical to what is available

The frames are for illustrative purposes only. The white, black and gold frames are very similar to what the professional framer offers.

The wooden frame is not exactly as depicted in the image, it is more of a natural wooden grain frame.

Colours on moniter are not identical to print

Due to differences in monitor & printer displays colors may appear slightly different in print than on screen.

Can I see a proof?

By default, we do not send proofs. This allows us to ship your order as fast as possible. We are happy to send proofs upon request. Please do so in the notes section during checkout – otherwise, you will NOT receive a proof. If a proof is requested, it will be sent within 1 business day after purchase.

Please be advised that requesting a proof will extend your turnaround time. The turnaround time for your order does not start until we have proof approval.

Generally we only send a proof if we feel we need your approval, especially for custom or large orders. This ensures that most orders ship as quickly as possible. However, you can always specifically request a proof. If a proof is sent, your order will not be processed until it has been approved by you. Thus, if your order is time-sensitive, please make sure to review the proof as soon as we have emailed it to you.


Cancellations must be requested within 3 hours of purchase as we process orders immediately. If your order is already in process, we may not be able to refund the full amount or at all.

What is your turnaround time?

It takes approx 3-5 business days to customize each item. 

The printers take approx 3-5 business days to print. 

The framers take approx 5-7 business days.

Shipping is approx 6-10 business days. 

Can I order different Sizes?

Of course! Everything is customizable. Please contact me before ordering, there might be extra charges pertaining to larger frame sizes and printing sizes.

Are Frames included?

The image with frame is only for presentation. 

Frames are only included if you purchase them separately.  

What if I want a different frame?

If you would like a different frame than the choices offered, please message before the order. We work with a framer with dozens of options. Prices may differ. 

What if I sent a wrong mailing address?

Please make sure that your address is 100% correct and there are no mistakes. We are not responsible to re-ship if your address has changed from that on your account.

Only in the case that we have not shipped your item can we fix the address.

Are there taxes?

Customer is responsible for all import duties and/or taxes that may apply upon delivery.

I need my order by a certain date. Can you rush it?

Yes, but please contact me as soon as possible. Priority shipping is available at an additional cost however fees will vary depending on what you purchase and how quickly you need your order.

Do you make all the artwork yourself?

I wish to have this talent! I have acquired all this artwork with commercial licenses with permission to use it.

Can my order be in a language other than English or Hebrew?

Yes! Please note it will be your responsibility to provide us with the appropriate text. We will send you digital proofs prior to printing.

What is your packaging like?

For local deliveries, our products are wrapped in gift wrap and placed in a gift bag perfect for gift giving.

For shipping, our products are enclosed in a padded bubble mailer, products are gift wrapped and a gift bag is provided.

A personal gift message printed on a white flat card can also be included for free.

Can I send a personal message?

A personal gift message printed on a flat card can also be included for free, send the message in the additional information box at checkout. It will be handwritten.

Can you do a custom order?

We love custom!

Absolutely! If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please get in touch about having something designed just for you!

Minor customizations can often be accommodated for at no additional cost or for a minimal fee, while more detailed custom orders may require a nonrefundable deposit.

ALL MODIFICATIONS MUST BE REQUESTED PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER. Once an order has been placed and moved into production, modifications cannot be accommodated and orders cannot be canceled.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please also check your junk email. This email will have all your shipping information and ways to track your order.

Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped. There may be additional shipping delays due to high order volumes. 

If you cannot find your order shipment confirmation email please contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, please message before you place your order and will set up a special listing. Prints and stationery are not a problem to ship from Israel. 

Shipping with glass frames will be done from the country of origin, please message me with the country and I will let you know the costs.

Where Do I leave a note?

When you make a purchase, there will be a message box that says, “Additional Information”

There you can let me know any other customizations for our order.

Do I need paypal to pay?

You do not need a PayPal account to pay. 

We use PayPal payment method to process your order because it enables you to securely send payments online with major credit cards or PayPal account balance. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by us, plus you’re 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal.

Do you accept Bit, PayBox or Cash?

We don’t accept either on the site at the moment, but you can WhatsApp me with your order and I can send you a payment request through Bit.

We don’t accept Paybox.

Cash only locally (in Ra’anana) and upon delivery. You will have had to Whatsapp with your order.

In the future, we plan on putting in a payment system that accepts Google Pay, Apple Pay, all the major credit  cards and Bit.
